A GLOBAL CLASSROOM FOR LEADERSHIP
The International Graduate Leadership Experience (IGLE) was a prestigious leadership program organized by East Delta University for high-achieving, talented, and actively engaged students. The program focused on developing leadership, global awareness, cultural understanding, and professional skills through real-world exposure.
During the experience, I visited renowned institutions including Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and Monash University, attended seminars led by accomplished professionals, and gained insights into leadership, branding, business strategy, and innovation. The program also provided opportunities to explore diverse cultures, cuisines, events, and communities.
Upon returning, I successfully delivered one of the top presentations in the program and achieved a CGPA of 4.0 for the course. More importantly, the experience broadened my perspective, strengthened my leadership mindset, and taught me that the world is full of opportunities to learn, explore, and grow.
